Hands-on software development

Consulting and architecture matter, but I stay in the code. As senior engineer or embedded in an existing team, I own implementation, code reviews, and the technical execution of requirements, from the first line to production deployment.

I typically work directly with product and domain teams in Scrum or comparable agile setups, take ownership of individual features or entire modules, and make sure quality and delivery speed stay in balance.

At Aldi Süd, as JavaScript engineer, I built the interfaces of a progressive web application for specialized mobile devices within the development team, enabling store and fulfilment employees to coordinate, process and deliver orders across the US market. For Fliit Holding, I built cloud-based applications for logistics operations, with performance and shipment-tracking dashboards for shippers and carriers. And for hhpberlin, I designed and developed a web-based platform to support firefighting operations and building control, giving emergency teams digital access to building plans.

In all three cases, the goal was the same: ship robust, production-ready software that people actually use day to day.
