Hands-on training that enables teams to use AI tools productively and responsibly.
AI tools only change day-to-day work if teams can actually use them with confidence. My workshops are built around that: practical, cross-functional, and aimed at establishing concrete use cases in everyday work rather than just demonstrating tools.
A typical workshop format starts with an assessment of which tasks are a good fit for AI support, followed by hands-on exercises built around participants' real use cases. For development teams, I add AI-assisted development to the mix: prompt engineering, agentic AI workflows, and integrating AI into existing development processes.
For Carano Software Solutions, I designed and delivered cross-functional AI training for 70 employees, introducing practical AI use cases into everyday workflows. Wherever data protection called for local processing, I introduced Open WebUI there, with language models running on the employees' own machines. Within the development organization, I also established AI-assisted development practices there with Claude Code and Codex to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and support the migration of existing software solutions.
The goal is always the same: teams should be able to keep going on their own after the workshop, with a realistic picture of what AI can deliver today and where its limits are.
