Technical lead: interactive live-streaming platform

At tough solutions, I took over technical leadership for the continued development of a central core system for interactive video streaming and event formats.

The platform enables real-time moderation and editing of content directly from television studios and live events. The critical factor is reliability: a livestream can't be redone if something goes wrong.

Result: scalable, interactive video experiences for corporate and event contexts, plus the technological foundation for the later implementation at Vodafone.
