Digital damage management in carsharing

For car2go Europe (Daimler AG), I designed and developed a web application for the digital capture, management, and delegation of vehicle damage cases to the responsible departments.

This reduced manual coordination and made processing paths more transparent. That became the basis for more efficient damage handling in carsharing operations.

In addition, I evaluated a suitable JavaScript framework to standardize future web applications within the team and develop them more sustainably.

Result: more transparent processing paths and a technological basis for web development decisions within the team.
